Refund and Cancellation Policy
At ERP Raja (https://erpraja.com/), we strive to provide the best ERP solutions and services to our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund or cancel a service. Below is our refund and cancellation policy to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process.

Cancellation Policy
Subscription-Based Services:

- Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the billing period has started will not be eligible for a refund.
- To cancel a subscription, customers must send a cancellation request via email to our support team.

One-Time Purchase Services:

- Once a one-time service is purchased and the process has begun, cancellation is not permitted.
- If the service has not yet started, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
Custom ERP Solutions:

- Custom ERP development services require significant resources. Once work has started, cancellations will not be entertained.
- If a cancellation request is made before the project begins, a partial refund may be considered based on administrative and processing costs.

Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds:

- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- If a customer is unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of the initial subscription, they may request a refund, subject to management approval.


One-Time Service Refunds:

- Refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered or partially completed.
- If a service cannot be delivered due to technical limitations from our end, a full or partial refund may be provided.

Custom ERP Solution Refunds:

- If the project is canceled before the development begins, a partial refund will be provided after deducting administrative and planning costs.
- Once development has started, no refunds will be processed.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Customers must provide proof of payment and a valid reason for the refund request.
